Olive Garden's Alfredo Sauce

With so much cream, cheese, and butter, of course it's delicious! The only thing missing is the bread sticks:
I worked at the OG for 4-1/2 years, 2 years in the kitchen. (yield almost 1 gallon) Tblsp-Garlic Puree which you brown first. Then add 1 lb butter until melted. Add 2 quarts heavy whipping cream & 8 oz milk. Add 1 lb Parmesan cheese and 4 oz Fontina cheese with 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons black pepper. Stir on medium-high until thickens. Turn off heat and continue to stir. Wha La!! Right off the sauce card. Enjoy
