Giant Screw Approved

The city of Chicago approved construction of Santiago Calitrava's screw-shaped building. What a perfect symbol for a fitting city (I lived there for almost two years). The project will be designed by an Italian company and developed by a Dublin company. I guess American's are too busy investing in Dubai:
